This is an IntelliPeak AC/DC Mini Pulse Charger for Charging/Discharging Nickel Cadmium (NiCd) and Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) Battery Packs. Note: Do Not Charge -OR- Discharge Battery Cells smaller than Sub-C Size (Sub-C is one size smaller than a C-cell).

• Incredibly small, detachable, 12V 7A AC Power Supply with built-in cooling fan for at-home use.
• Output: 4-7 cells on DC, 4-8 cells on AC
• Adjustable Fast Charge current of 1A-4.5A. (Note: 3A maximum Charge rate recommended with NiMH packs.)
• Pulsed Fast Charge, with 8-bit pulse width Modulated Current Control Output.
• 100mA TRICKLE charge
• 2A fixed Discharge rate. Fixed 2.6V Discharge Cutoff Voltage- (see COMMENTS). NOT designed for Discharging AA size (and smaller) cells (see COMMENTS).
• Cycle functions: Select a single Discharge/Charge cycle for periodic pack conditioning, or continuous “auto-repeat” cycles for reviving batteries that have developed a memory, or breaking in new packs.
• Four multi-function, high intensity LED indicators. Status light glows during Charge and flashes when nearing Peak.
• Audible mode select tone signals for easy set-up.
• One built-in miniature fan keeps the charger cool, increasing efficiency and lifespan.
• Reverse polarity and 7.5A fused overload protection
